Nice Discovery!

I was up and out and ran my 10k, taking the advice of my neighbor, doing 4 light posts fast and slowing down for 4 light posts. I did this from the 3rd to 5th K and then again from the 7-8th K.

I was home and after a quick shower, getting Mom up and ready and out!

Then, after tidying things up, I edited my student's entry for our tutoring session at 3:30. I then headed out. I went to Ikea as I have a container, but no lid. I found out that they sell the lids and the containers separately. It was my first time to go to the Ikea in Neihu. I love that place. They have a very nice grocery store on the first floor and then lots of very useful items on the 2nd and 3rd floor! I found the lid and it was only 40NT$! Splendid!

I wanted to scooter to the start of the run and from our house, it was less than 10 minutes! YIPPY! I then went for a quick workout before meeting a dear friend for lunch. She always treats me! And we had beef noodles at the Mayfull! It's a very exquisite hotel!

I was home by 2:15 and decided to take a short nap! I have Bible study this evening and it was a late night last night!

Tutoring started at 3:30 and we did not finish going over the entry.

The phone rang shortly after we finished! Mom was home!

After I got Mom to bed, I was off!

Isaiah was home and Alan had evening class. There was plenty of food in the fridge!

A Warm Monday!

I was up early... but didn't go out for a run until 11am. I had things to get done... First, Mom care!

I went and ran errands and did my quick workout.

Then I was home to sweep the floor and sort through some paperwork!

I made dinner in the crock pot!

And finally, at 11am, I went out for my run. It was WARM! Too warm!

I had eaten breakfast... making myself an omelet! It was just nice to eat without rushing or having to care for my Mom!

I ran for 13.5k ONLY!

I had to rush to get ready as I had tutoring at 2pm.

After tutoring, I stopped at Carrefour and they had yogurt on sale! YEAH!

I was home by 4pm as I had my monthly prayer time with this friend.

When we finished, the phone rang: Mom was home and I had her dinner ready!

Alan came home and he enjoyed his dinner!

I made soup for Isaiah as he said he wasn't feeling well and he has a test on Wednesday.

Tonight, no tap dancing. We had our Family Time!

Daily Lovely Insight:

I went and looked up the route for the run on January 6th. I go to that point and turn around and come back. Total: 63.4k. I will ride to the starting point this week, just to see how long it takes to get to the junior high school. The school is right near the National Palace Museum.

What's the incline? I have no idea, but I have 10.5 hours to finish!

Please do pray for the weather!

Children's Day

I was up early and the weather was just so nice... cool and refreshing. But no run on Sunday...

Alan and Isaiah went to play tennis and I went for a quick workout and came home to rest!

Then it was Mom care. I had to change the sheet. The helper didn't put the diaper on tight enough. So, I did a load of wash!

Mom is back to eating very well... and very fast! So, today I gave her three bananas, one apple and one dragon fruit. Then she had her usual Sunday Chinese bread filled with different things. Today it was chocolate cream!

We went to church quite early as we had to set up and Alan was ready to do his special Children's Day Program. I ran the little ones Sunday school. Isaiah translated for Alan. And people responded quite positively to the program.

James and Emma were late... so they missed Isaiah leading worship! He did a great job with all the fun songs! They didn't come over for dinner as they had work to do!

We came home and ate!

After Mom went to bed, I blogged and went for a walk and sealed the box for pick up tomorrow.

The week has started and it's going to be another 'fulfilling' week!

No game at 4am... YEAH... The game will be at 8:30 or so... Alan will most likely go to school to watch it!

Daily Lovely Insight:

The verse Alan focused on today was John 3:16 and the word was WORLD!

A Cooler Saturday!

I woke up to the sound of rain and it felt cooler... so nice!

I decided to wait until 9am and went for a 2 hour run and had the same pace as yesterday. Completed 18k!

Then Mom care...

Since Alan was home, I went down and finished packing the box! Alan had picked up 1200 pairs of socks! I hope to stuff just a bit more in before I seal it up on Sunday night! They will pick up on Monday! I am sure the box is super heavy!

It was a rather relaxing afternoon. The helper came at 5pm. Isaiah had a massage. We had our Couples' Group!

Seven couples had signed up! The evening was fun!

A Perfect Date!

I was up early... but I didn't go run until 8:33! I wanted to go for a longer run! Two hours, hit only 18k!

After a quick shower, Alan and I were off to the Brazilian Consulate! Interesting information. It takes only three days for her to get a voluntary visa here at the Taipei Office, IF all her documents are complete! And that's a BIG IF. They will send me a list of all the necessary documents!

We then went to lunch at a small noodle shop after getting Alan his usual 'COCO' Drinks! The plan was to go to the children's amusement park afterwards. It was not crowded as the day was overcast. My favorite kind of weather. Alan, as a senior citizen, went in for free. He rode the bumper car! I just watched! And it was fun just to walk around, reminiscing about when we took our kids to this place! How did the time go by so quickly!

We were home by 4:15 and went over the calendar and Mom was home! I went to WGE while Alan was home with Mom. It was a fast 15 minutes and I was home before she finished her dinner! That's how fast of a workout I did!

This evening, I had to pack the box and had Bible study at 8:30.

The weekend has started! And it's another busy one! But for today, the Date was just perfect!

A Perfect PR Day!

I was up and debating about going out. But after checking the weather, I knew I had to... so I ran my 10k and was 'pushed' to run faster as I ran into my neighbor! Pray for him. He's not yet a believer! He's like a brother to me!

I was home and got busy with Mom care. I had to change the bedding!

After she left, I got my coffee and settled into the sofa with a book! What a delightful three hours!

Then at 11, I headed out for errands! I went to buy fruit, go look for a battery, worked out and showered at WGE. I even bought myself some 'mantou' (Chinese steamed bread)! It was just delightful! I came home and put away the rest of the things that were scattered on our dining room table, called and ordered a box, and went back to reading!

Finally at 3:30, I turned on the WiFi and watched NCIS, Season 19. Abby gave me a link!

Mom was back by 5:10 and I felt rather refreshed!

I had to work on the paper for Saturday's Marriage Builders.

My Thursday evening study was changed to Friday!

Daily Lovely Insight:

Luke 12:31 is like Matthew 6:33! And look at Luke 12:32, so encouraging!

Cancelled Tutoring!

Yes, I had to... I was feeling a sore throat coming... and it wasn't the good kind as it was coupled with tiredness! Of course, that could be due to not getting enough sleep! I have had too many late nights and still getting up early!

I ran my 10k at a very slow pace! And then came home for Mom Care.

When she left, I put a load of laundry in the washing machine and laid down on the sofa! It felt so good to nap!

So, that was the pattern for the day. Do one thing and lay down! I decided to cancel my tutoring and it turned out that the little girl was feeling under the weather and had stayed home.

I had my Soochow Study and that went well! I love being with this group of students!

I went to WGE and one of the trainers calls me his pastor as I talk to him about Jesus!

Then it was to the sports center and then to Costco! I bought a few things for Children's Day!

I was home and Alan was picking up Mom from downstairs.

This evening, after Mom went to bed, Alan and I went to pick up and sort through things. We are ordering boxes again for the Philippines. Alan had an overseers meeting and Isaiah went to play basketball!

A Busy Tuesday!

I was up and squeezed in my run after time with Jesus!

Then it was home to shower and do Mom care! As soon as Mom was in the van, I headed out -- buy sugar at Carrefour, 15 minute workout at WGE, 30 minutes to pick trash and then Home for my Bible study.

We had six gals and it was a wonderful time. One of the gals, Angela, got engaged on Sunday! And God is working through other requests! We looked at Abraham's obedience from Genesis 22!

After they left at 1pm, I cleaned up and rested!

I had to get up to bake for my Bible study tomorrow and to read my student's new entry. Tutoring started at 3:30. We went long. So, I put Mom's dinner in the microwave and the phone rang! The cake for tomorrow was also done!

Tonight, we had Family Time.

Alan had evening classes until 8:15, so as soon as he was back, we started. I was really feeling quite tired! I am looking forward to Thursday! The title won't be, A Busy Thursday!

James and Emma are going down south until 10/28!

A Busy Monday!

I think I'm just going to use that word for this whole week...

Alan and Isaiah were up early... and the Chargers Lost!

I was up and enjoying my time with Jesus. Then I put a load of laundry in and started the crock pot meal!

I got Mom up and out and then back to work... Message prep, hotel arrangement for James and Emma, cleaning!

At 9:30, I went out for my run... it was too warm... but I did run 14k.

I had a nice lunch and rested before sorting through my sewing things and then going out to run errands! I went to Costco, Carrefour, Miramar! And I did make a 10 minute stop at WGE. My scooter was so packed! I also got Mom her prescription filled and bought a cream for the friend who finished his first full marathon!

I also went to make the reservation for our Marriage Builders. BUT they were fully booked for Saturday night! I had to go to another restaurant... MEAL LOVE. Very exquisite... Very expensive... but I'm sure the couples will enjoy the meal!

I was home just in time for Mom Care!

While she had her dinner, I made the meal for our Bible study group and Alan and Isaiah's dinner! I also put everything away!

I had to skip tap dancing AGAIN as the hotel arrangement was quite a shuffle! The hotel is so popular that they don't have one room available, so James and Emma would have to move, maybe every six days or so! But the gal was super nice! She got it worked out... and for a very good price!

I was a bit tired and wanted to sleep early. Alan had a meeting to go over the church remodeling!

Daily Lovely Insight:

Giving thanks has nothing to do with feeling thankful. There’s a big difference between trusting God and having trustful feelings.

A Busy Sunday!

I was up early... and then went out to cheer on a brother who ran his first marathon! I was out there at 7:30, but he ran too fast at the start and was cramping up. I waited for him at the 32k marker... and 'walked/ran' with him until the 35k marker! It was getting very late... but he finished within the time limit!

I had wanted to go to WGE and pick trash too... but didn't get to those things. I did go and buy romaine lettuce at Costco! YEAH!

I was home and caring for mom and we went and met up with James and Emma for lunch. The burger place was ok... not great. Portion was too small for that price!

Then we rushed off to church! I helped with set up and then we had counseling!

I spoke at church! Alan and Isaiah did Sunday school!

We were home and after I got Mom off to bed, I went to walk and pray with another sister!

It was so good to get to bed by 10pm! The boys are getting up at 4am for the Chargers' Game!

A Busy Saturday!

I was up early and the weather looked superb! So, I decided to go for a longer than usual run! 20k! In fact, the run that I joined last year, 100k Night, started last night in DongShan River! What fond memories!

I was home and took a shower... and registered for the Annual Complex Meeting and went to run errands.

Isaiah was home, but was still sleeping! He had a late night with partying with friends he knew from the UK who are back in Taipei! It was someone's birthday!

Mom care... and Complex Meeting. Alan got elected as the head of the complex board... which means I will be attending the meetings. We did win 500NT$ for the lucky draw! I was going up and down.

When the meeting was over, Alan and Isaiah went to the Nanhu Company Picnic which was right at our river park! I was with Mom. We were going to have lunch with James and Emma. Yes, they are in Taipei, but it was too rushed. With the Meeting ending at 12:30, and they had to look at an apartment at 13:20, we decided to change it to tomorrow!

I did a load of laundry and changed Mom's bedding... Mom was being naughty again. After lunch, I put her on the toilet and with just one second of not watching, she was up to her old bad habit!!!!!! I was so mad! I went to get a glove and she started... HORRIBLE!

I had a helper come at 5pm as we had our church discipleship training time this evening. We had dinner at church. Isaiah didn't join the training session. He went to Ms. Hsieh for an acupressure massage! We were all home by 9pm! I had to sleep early as I am going to try to be at the 33k marker to cheer someone who is running a full marathon tomorrow morning. That marathon starts at 5:10am and I think this friend might be fairly fast!

Perfect Date!

I was up and went out to run. It was already 25 at 6:04AM!

After the run, I showered and got Mom up and ready and off!

Alan came home at 9:30 and we were off by 10:30 for our date!

I had planned what we'd do: lunch at the same restaurant as last week, student's exhibition, pick up flour from a friend, buy goodies for Abby (another birthday package) and mail that off!

The food was great.

The exhibition was fabulous.

The post office was empty!

We were home by 4pm. I got Mom's dinner ready and took off for WGE! With the positive report about my bone density, I think weight training has helped! So, even though I go for less than 20 minutes, I think it's better than nothing! Perhaps that has helped to keep my bone density at the 'yellow' level versus slipping into the RED ZONE!

Tonight, Isaiah had dinner and party. Tomorrow his company has a picnic.

Alan and I had a free evening.

James and Emma are in Taipei! We will get together with them for an early lunch!

Daily Lovely Insight:

PR Day!

Alan had a lunch meeting at our house, so I started making chicken enchilada last night in the crock pot! It was so good!

I got up early and had a longer than usual run. The weather was fabulous! Compared to yesterday!

I was home and got Mom up and ready and off!

I finished adding the cheese and topped it off with chips and set up the table and cut up the romaine lettuce and made the dip.

I was out the door by 9:45. I had wanted to get my bone density checked! It took longer than I had expected, and it was self paid! But I was happy to see that I'm in the YELLOW... only one borderline YELLOW and RED. Next April I will get my Pap smear and Mammogram! It's been three years!

I then headed off to my oil massage appointment! YIPPY! 90 minutes... The lady really worked on my hips... and my tired muscles! I finished at 2pm and went to Carrefour as the stores usually have a nice resting area and WiFi. I finished my Bible study and headed to WGE. Alan was home to pick up Mom so I had a few more minutes!

I got home and he took off for basketball. I think the three of them enjoyed the chicken enchilada!

Isaiah joined Alan at Soochow for some bball!

I had a 'free evening'...

I was going to go to my student's art exhibition, but decided to do it with Alan tomorrow!

It was a fabulous PR Day! I love having a Sabbath.

Please remember to pray for what's happening around the world and especially in Israel.

Love the SOOCHOW BIBLE STUDY!

I was up and out early this morning... It was warm... so, I went for just 10k!

I was home and after a shower, I was getting Mom up and ready! We had closed the door, so we all slept better!

After she took off, I was messaging people and then took a quick nap. Alan got home and I gave him the list for Costco. And yes, he did not stick to it! But that's ok as they were out of ground beef. He had to buy burger patties!

I went to get things copied for Sunday and then did a quick workout.

I was home and packing up things for the Bible study and my tutoring! I sure do bring a lot!

The study has been such a joy. We had two more new people: Albert and Peggy. Albert is not yet a believer and Peggy is. I taught them to play Spoons and then we had conversation topics before we did our study!

Luke 18:1-8. Samuel led the song, Jesus loves me this I know...  It was perfect!

I went to Carrefour as I had about 40 minutes before my tutoring! It was nice and had AC and I was able to get a few things finished off!

No appointment tonight! YEAH!

Daily Lovely Insight:

Luke 18: 1-8 is not a comparison, but a contrast! God is not like the judge and we are not the poor widow. And our attitude towards prayer is not like the widow approaching and nagging and bothering the judge! I think the students caught on! God is generous and we are His beloved children. He cares deeply about us and He invites us to come to him!

An Easier Than Usual Tuesday!

I was up early and went out to run my 10k. The weather was superb!

I was home and started baking... I put the chocolate chips cake in the oven and got Mom up and ready. She went off and I started on a raisin bread. Both came out pretty good!

While things were baking, I got started with touching up my Sunday talk. I am almost finished. I put together Mom's dinner for the next two days and ordered Pizza Hut for the boys. They had a special. There were eight different pizzas -- 199NT$ for a large. So, I ordered two different ones!

In the afternoon, I went over to WGE, took a shower, did a very short workout, and picked up the pizza. I had tutoring at 3:30. I had finished reading the student's entry, which we will work on!

Tutoring went well... as always. And of course, Mom was back!

I had my Tuesday evening Bible study!

Alan was at school and Isaiah had work!

Isaiah didn't sleep well last night... and neither did I... Mom has started to talk a lot at night. She started at around 11 and went for about 90 minutes and started again at 5am! She talks until her voice is horse! Tonight I closed her door! With the fans off, we can really hear it! A friend told me that this is part of her dementia!

Training Has Started...

Well... my simple training...

I was up early and did not go out to run after my time with Jesus... instead, I did my Bible studies!

Then it was Mom care. After she took off, I got her room cleaned!

Alan came home from tennis and we prayed together! He left for work and finally at 11am, I went for my run... 11 to 12:30... and it was not cool... WAHHHHH... I barely made it home!

I went to WGE to take a shower and did a short workout. Then I transferred money to buy more diapers. I have to order different kinds of diapers almost monthly!

I was home and a friend came over for our Monday prayer and share time! No tutoring! I was quite happy!

Mom was back and I had dinner ready! YEAH!

Elaine left at 7pm and Isaiah and Alan were home!

I got Mom off to bed and we had Family Time. I didn't go to tap tonight since Family Time was starting at 7:30! And I didn't get Mom to bed until after Elaine left!

I hope to have more free time to nap tomorrow... I'm feeling exhausted! I can always HOPE!

Stressful Sunday!

I was up early... no run, even though it was nice and cool... Alan and I went early to clean out the Sunday school room. It was faster with him helping!

Then he went to play tennis and I went to pick up trash.

They had an emergency elders' meeting, so I had to go get Alan off the tennis court. I didn't get to workout at WGE.

Mom care and it took me an hour to get the iPad working so that Eddie can talk to Mom! The screen is bigger, so I think that's the best way to get Mom to converse. They tried to talk for 30 minutes... it was actually a triangular conversation!

Alan was at church already and Isaiah, Mom and I drove to church.

I brought snacks... yeah! And the coffee was so delicious!

And we had three newcomers!

The service was emotional because our outside Sunday school teachers have decided to resign! So, we said goodbye to them!

After Mom went to bed, I had prayer time with another sister!

Tomorrow night, we should be having Family Time with Abby, so I won't be going to tap class!

Then it was Mom care as I had counseling this morning. God is working!

This afternoon, Isaiah and I went to get a massage! Alan was home with Mom. YEAH!

It was so nice... my hip was bothering me and she was able to get the kinks out!

We had a free evening...

Nice Date!

I got up early and did not go out to run until after Mom left!

I wanted to go for 90 minutes, but I ran only 87 minutes. I thought I was running slow... ha, ha, ha...

Alan and I were home and after our prayer time, we went out for lunch. We found this great simple noodle shop!

Then, we went and bought the gift for the Sunday school teachers and headed over to the Taipei Arena. There is a Marathon Running Shoes Store... but their prices were extremely high, not like the outlets!

There was a hockey tournament going on, so we went in to watch. Hong Kong Typhoon beat the Taipei Bats... 3-0!

We headed out to buy Coco for Alan and to mail a package for Abby. SUCCESS!

We were home by 3:30 and read a daily devotional!

I went to WGE for 20 minutes and Alan stayed home to pick up Mom!

We had a free night!

NICE!

Much Needed Sabbath!

I was up early... and just praising God for the cooler days during this season! I like it when it's cool and it's dark outside!

I went for my usual 10k and was back for Mom care!

After she took off, I used 30 minutes to tidy things up! I took down the clothes, did my plants, and then settled to read and rest!

At noon, I had fried rice! Then back to reading and resting and praying and thinking!

Charles Finney's book is very thought provoking!

At 4:30, I made French toast for Alan and Isaiah!

At 5pm, I turned on the WiFi and Mom was home!

After she went to bed, I took off to WGE and finished up my chores!

At 8:45, I had my online Bible study!

Alan and Isaiah were home from basketball at Soochow!

A Sabbath rest was most refreshing!

Daily Lovely Insight:

Today I read Charles Finney's book, Experiencing the Presence of God. The chapter on Prevailing Prayer had many points that pushed me to contemplate! Here are some conditions of prevailing prayer:

Unselfishness

Entire and universal consecration to God

Perseverance

Travail of soul

Humility

A forgiving spirit

A truthful spirit

Consistent use of means

To mean what we say in prayer

Being watchful

Those are just 10 of his points.

New Bible Study on Prayer!

The weather is cooler... I went for 90 minutes and felt great. My legs like the cooler weather!

Then it was Mom care...

I had a lot to get done before 12:30!

I tried to mail a package to Abby. FAILED ATTEMPT! I will try again on Friday!

I cleaned up and put away fans.

I was at Soochow and there were nine students with two newcomers! YIPPY!

At 3:23, I went to WGE after stopping at Carrefour. My scooter was loaded up with so much stuff.

I made it to my tutoring by 4:28! YEAH!

Tutoring went well and I was home by 6:20!

After Mom went to bed, I made more fried rice for my own dinner! YUMMY!

Prayer time at 8pm!

Tomorrow is my Sabbath! YIPPY!

Alan had the day off... And he went to Costco... yes, he bought things that were not on the list, like Himalayan Salt Kirkland chips! TWO BAGS!

Isaiah had work and then he went to play tennis at Soochow with the alumni.

Tomorrow night is basketball for Alan and Isaiah. They play also at Soochow!

I was up early but had a late start. Too many things to think about and do!

I did get in my 10k and then at 9am, I had to attend the zoom meeting!

That went until 11am and then I got busy with Mom care!

I put in a load of laundry and at 12:30, I went for my massage! What a blissful two hours!

I rushed home as I had tutoring at 3:30. YEAH! The session went really well!

I started baking afterwards as my Soochow Study starts tomorrow. I also made fried rice!

Mom went to bed and we had Family Time at 7:30!

Fun Day Out!

It was cooler this morning...

I went and ran for 90 minutes, and it got warmer as I started late! I did make a quick stop at WGE and also read my student's essay as I will have to tutor tomorrow afternoon at 3:30.

At 11:30, we went to the Gloria Mall to look for basketball shoes for Isaiah. Mom went with us. We had Burger King for lunch and the weather was fabulous. The traffic wasn't bad going there, but it was a bit congested on the way back.

We found two pairs and there was a great discount. So, both pairs cost a total of 110US$!

We were back by 6:15 and after dinner, Mom went to bed!

We had family time -- FINALLY -- with Abby! Update: We did not have Family Time. Her computer didn't charge up so we had to postpone until tomorrow night!

Retreat Part II

I was up and had time with Jesus... and then went back to sleep after putting a load of laundry in the washing machine!

At 9am, Isaiah left and so did I as I went to buy drinks for the Retreat!

It was Mom care and she didn't untie anything!

The helper came at 11am and I left at 11:15. After stopping to buy fruit, I got there right at 12noon! YEAH!

Lunch was great... and then afternoon was indoor games!

Our service started at 4pm at the Retreat site!

People were really tired!

All the facility was fully booked, so they couldn't play ping pong or snooker or basketball or badminton!

It was nice to hang out with everyone!

No Charger game so the boys won't be getting up.

Tomorrow and Tuesday will be two more days of holiday! I hope to go out and get my run done before Mom Care.

We might go out depending on how Alan is feeling!

Retreat!

I must write about what happened last night...

The helper didn't tie up my mom's hand restraints tight enough... when we got home at 11pm, I put everything away and just as I laid down to go to bed, I heard a bang, like a toilet seat. I called out to Isaiah and he said, "That's not me!" We both jumped up and went to the bathroom!

Mom had gotten up and had been sitting on the toilet for who knows how long. Needless to say, I had to put her in the shower and spent the next 30 - 45 minutes CLEANING!

I can't believe she walked there and took off her diapers, etc.

Anyhow, that was last night.

Thankfully, I got up at the same time and felt the presence of the Lord. I went out and did my run and the Lord blessed me with a cool morning!

And then I rested!

I got Mom up after I went and got my scooter tuned up!

The helper came at 11am and I showed her how to do the hand restraints and diapers. We left and arrived in time for lunch!

Alan led the afternoon activities and it was so hot!

Free time was great... I just sat in the lobby with the AC and drank a cup of coffee!

Isaiah led the evening worship time.

We rode back again and this time, I did not get lost.

Tomorrow we will repeat everything again!

Date & Retreat!

I was up early and the weather was warm... I ran my 10k and got home to do one simple chore. Then it was Mom Care.

Mom took off and I laid down and slept after changing her sheet... yes, again!

Then Alan was home and he got things together for the retreat... he had to take the car since he is bringing a lot of stuff!

We went out for our date finally at 11:30 and went to a noodle shop. Of course, Alan first bought his Coco!

We walked over to Carrefour and sat there for the rest of the afternoon, chatting!

We were home by 3pm and Alan took off at 3:15.

The helper came at 5pm and Mom was home by 5:15. I left at 5:20 and went to the Beitou Resort, which is like a Youth Hostel, not really a resort.

Isaiah went over straight from work. We had dinner there and then had two sessions.

Isaiah and I came home and we will head over there tomorrow as the helper will be coming at 11am.

It's going to be a busy long weekend! Yes, we have four days off!

Here's a short video from yesterday's service... singing in Chinese one of my favorite hymns:

(Can this be played?)

Daily Lovely Insight:

What a beautiful promise! We used to sing this as a praise song... I told Alan that Sunday school at HOP should get the kids to memorize God's word and sing scripture verses... So, at the retreat, we will bring up that idea!
