The weather turned HOT overnight... We woke up to temperature in the high 20's... Alan said that it was hard to breathe out playing tennis.
We had church and the message was from John 6: 16-24.
Other than that, I didn't do much...

It's me. Do not be afraid.

1. Preparation determines our response.
2. Fatigue restricts our ability as anxiety clouds our judgement.
3. The real battle happens in the mundane. Be careful when we are bored.
4. When we don't focus on Jesus, we would get in trouble.
5. FEAR-- Forgetting whose I am, Entertaining Satan's lies, Accepting responsibilities that do not belong to us, Rejecting faith for worries and fears.
6. Time flies when Jesus is in our boat and we will get to our destination much faster.
7. Fear and Faith both come from the stirring of our heart. How will we respond?
