Too Much To Do...

It was our date... but Alan helped to drop off two whiteboards to a friend and went to Costco... So, we were not out the door for lunch until 12noon.

I found a Mongolian BBQ and hot pot restaurant. All you can eat for 10US$. It was fabulous! Alan totally enjoyed it... It was fun... and we went to the blind masseurs and had just enough money for 50 minutes... We were trying to find a place that has a discount of 2 hours for about 35US$. But I didn't copy down the address, so we couldn't find it after lunch!

We spent time reading a Christian book and our couple's devotional book... and got back just in time to get Mom... That's why I feel so rushed...

I worked on putting away all the food neatly as I only had time to 'throw' things in the fridge before taking off for lunch!

When Mom went to bed, I headed out for a run. It was much cooler... and I wore the wrong shorts, otherwise, I would have enjoyed running for 15kilometers... There were lots of people at the park and all the lights were on!

Isaiah got an internship with ORTV. It will be Monday to Friday, 8-4... He will be working with the TV Department assisting filming and doing Media Camp this summer. No pay... wahhhhh... But I'm praying that the Lord will greatly reward him with a wonderful experience! Abby is asking a friend YWAM about their summer activities, so she might serve with them! Hopefully, we will know by next week!

For Driver's Ed, the cost is 570US$ for four weeks, including the cost of the tests. They have to have a physical and bring six pictures. There are now three exams -- the written, the inside course and the road test. Most people pass on the first try... If they don't pass, they can keep practicing, with no extra charge, but they will have to pay for taking the exams again, which is about 70US$. Like the States, they will have a booklet to study for the written test. We might register for the July 1st class!

Daily Lovely Insight:

II Samuel 24:25, And David built there an altar to the LORD and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So, the LORD responded to the plea for the land, and the plague was averted from Israel. That verse just spoke to me... The LORD responded to the plea for the land... I know that the LORD wants to respond as we plea for our nations... I pray that many are pleading on behalf of America. Only the LORD can bring real reconciliation and restoration... and the plague... the riots... can be averted from the nation of America... I pray that those in leadership would build an altar to the LORD.

Seek Him First!
Proverbs 19:21 - Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it ...
