Church & Things

It was another early morning...

Isaiah was up to go to driver's ed... tomorrow I will post a few traffic rules that are different from the States. He practiced the S shape driving -- forward and backward -- without touching the line. I can't even do that! That's the 'course test'... and there will also be the road test.

Abby was up as she was meeting a friend for an early lunch.

Alan and I were home with Mom. Alan did not go play as his ankle and knee were hurting.

We had lunch at home and then were off to church.

Isaiah and Abby rode their scooter to church!

We had another great service... with a fantastic love feast... falafel! Mom of course enjoyed her dinner! There were three kinds of desserts...

I had to do a load of laundry because Abby forgot to wash her camp shirt when she did her load on Saturday. I don't know what she was thinking...

Isaiah went to tutor and didn't get back until 9:30.

Abby used the rest of the evening to get ready for camp!

Reading Romans 1 struck me today. This is the state of the world... People who commit wrongdoings take pleasure in doing them and encourage others to join them. Lord have mercy! Jesus came to reconcile all people to a rightful relationship with God... His love revealed through the Gospel Message is a call for all people to lay down their pride and come to the cross and be restored and refreshed and renewed.

Seek Him First!
