And we spent the morning working on the bathroom!
But by 11:30, we left for lunch... and I bought coupons for a new restaurant in the center of town. Before getting to the restaurant, we picked up the Costco membership renewal form and then bought bubble milk tea...
It was very difficult to find a scooter parking near the restaurant, but since the weather was so nice, walking wasn't a problem.
The restaurant was small but the food was fabulous! A fusion restaurant with curry and Japanese tempura... very yummy!
We then walked around before heading to Costco. Since we were there to renew my membership, we also decided to buy a few things. Alan saw cookies and pumpkin pie. Remember: we're on our scooter! I wanted a pizza and there was no way that we could carry it...
Once home, we talked about the kitchen remake... he was thinking just the cracked counter and stove top and new water dispenser... I'm thinking,if you're going to redo that, we might as well redo the whole thing... What will we do? I have no idea... I have to find out the ballpark figure before we can decide! I wanted him to go and look at the third floor as they did a fantastic job with their remodeling! They redid the whole house as the new owner updated everything!
The rest of the evening went by quickly... Mom was home... Dinner was served... Abby had to teach.
I can't believe it's already November... so the kids got their first small gift... They will receive different gifts throughout the month of November, plus we go out to have a nice dinner and try to plan a special outing...
