Back to Cooking, Back to Running

It's been good to be back to a routine. With the kids starting their new school year, I have started back to cooking.

So far, I've made some amazing dishes -- crock pot enchiladas, crock pot chicken gravy, kimchi rice with corn and fried boneless chicken.  All very yummy...

And of course, I am back to running.  Last week was my first week.  I survived. With the weather being so hot, I had to resort to running at night.  It's amazing how many people are out there late at night.  It's still not exactly cool, but at least it's bearable.

I haven't reach that point yet!
