Hope for A Broken World

Today was the last Prayer Walk for 2013.  The focus was God's Light. 

 

John 8:12

Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."

We listened to a beautiful song by the group Selah, entitled, Hope for A Broken World, based on the verse from Isaiah 60:1 --

“Arise, shine; for your light has come,
And the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.

As we enter into the month of December and the celebration of the birth of Jesus, may we be reminded of Who He Is and Why He Came!  May our lives shine for Him!
