Nanhu Pre-Test Cheerleading Event

Yes, it's true... Senior High Schools here actually have a cheerleading event... PTA had bought lunch boxes that had three symbolic food items. The sound of each food item corresponded to a word, meaning to score high, to reach their goals or dreams. Along with the 'lunch box', each senior also received a bag of stationery goods so that they can bring when taking their exams. Alan went to the PE kids' class and I went to Abby's class. It was really fun!

I had to tutor this afternoon, so that was great.

Isaiah had a tennis match at the Taipei American School. He lost 6-4! But he said he wasn't playing his best... perhaps he is a little rusty!

The evening went by so quickly as I had lots of housework to do...

  2. You are a wonderful sister --
tzong-tzi -- the word, tzong means to hit, or to win. So hit their target. Then a bao-tzi -- the word, bao means for sure. You will for sure hit the target. Then a cake or lien-gao, gao means high. So bao-gao-tzong -- for sure hit high marks. It's quite cute...
