Hoping For A Few Changes

While Alan is gone, I am trying to use the time to clean out things... and maybe replace a few of our furniture pieces...

I'd like a new dining room table and a new L-shape sofa.

The problem is -- I don't want to spend a lot of money on these items... and I don't want to just throw out what we have. So, it's been difficult to find people in need of furniture...

Time is short... I only have four weeks...
