Three families bought some of the best meat that I've ever tasted. I heard that one package of the meat from Costco cost over 2,000NT$. It didn't need to be marinated, just a bit of salt and pepper, and grilled on the BBQ. I am not a big meat eater, but these boneless short ribs were fabulous.
I made a huge salad. Another family made white sauce spaghetti. Another family bought drinks. And there were plenty of desserts.
What a great evening!
Tomorrow night we have another BBQ.
