What A Saturday!

I was up but not as early as my usual... so I didn't go for my 10K until 5:30am... and PRAISE THE LORD, it was still somewhat cool...

I came back and took a shower and rested.

Alan and Isaiah came back by 11am and we were out as we had four places to go and see... plus I brought a bag of clothes to 'sell' back to this second hand store... upscale second hand store. I'll tell you at the end of this blog how much I got...

We went to the first place... small and expensive... the second place was the same... Between the first and second place, we dropped off the clothes. 20 pieces... they will evaluate and get back to us.

We had lunch and while Isaiah and Alan ate, I went and paid a bill and donated books! YIPPY!

The third place was bigger, 3rd floor, with "Spanish Tiles" in the living room. I liked that place the best.

We then went to the fourth place and it was remodeled and had pictures of the UK on the wall. I didn't like the small alley and how the apartment was in this tiny lane. Isaiah liked it the best because it was nicely remodeled.

Isaiah went to see Fenny as the last apartment was right near where she's at. And they went to the night market for dinner.

Alan and I went back to the second hand store. They returned 9 pieces and took eleven of the nicer pieces for a grand total of 1077NT$... that's like 33US$. Oh well... I said OK and they gave me cash.

We were home by 6:15.

We put things away and headed out again to the YWAM Taoyuan Base Grand Opening... We were late... the drive wasn't bad but it was an hour away! The food was great and the celebration was fantastic!

What a day!
