Splendid Day!

I decided to take the day to get some stuff organized and just do the three "R's"... Rest, Run, Read!

I didn't get much reading done... but I did give myself an hour nap and an almost two hour run! The weather was splendid and I took that time as a personal retreat...

I had many things that I could have done... like going to the library, clean the house... but I put those tasks aside.

When Alan and the kids came home, we sat down and watched TV.
