We have come to the last week of 2019... and at this time, I begin to write a series of blogs to 'review' and to look ahead...
So, what has 2019 been like?
January -- Cruise with Annie, KR, Mom, Alan and the kids, starting in Singapore and going to Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand. We got to see James and hang out with him for the day!
February -- Lovely ran the 12hr Ultra. And she said, "NEVER AGAIN!"
March -- Mom started at the YangMing Elderly Care Center... and officially transferred at the end of April to Xihu Elderly Care Center when a space opened up! A miracle... Lovely had worked on this for over a year!
April -- Alan and Lovely celebrated their 32nd Wedding Anniversary!
July -- We went to the States... and 13 of us went on another cruise to celebrate Alan's Mom's 90th. We went around the East Coast and British Columbia. After the cruise, we (7 of us) went to Washington DC and stayed with Agnes and Brian and Hugo and Liza. They hosted us better than a 5-star hotel! Isaiah also found out about the FBI Summer Internship Program and the State Department Program. He applied but did not get in... maybe in 2021!
August -- Kurtis came to live with us for a month before he went to stay at the dorms of Soochow University as he was enrolled in the Mandarin Training Center.
September -- Alan returned from the States the day before school started back up... Isaiah a junior and Abby a sophomore...
November -- A month of celebrations for the kids' birthday.
December -- Jesus came to give us life and life abundantly!
Seek Him First!
