But today, the kids had to go back to 'reality'.
Isaiah had to go to school. Since he is the captain of the team, they had to go and help with the after-the-typhoon cleanup! Abby had to attend cram school.
So, Abby had cram school from 1:30-5pm. Isaiah had clean-up duty from 4-5:30 and then cram school from 6-9.
Alan and I went to church without our kids!
It was interesting as this might be the norm maybe as early as seven years from now!
That was such a weird thought! Isaiah would be 25 and Abby would be 24 by then... Seven years sound so soon!
Seek Him First!
Don't kid yourself, it might be as early as next year as Isaiah joins his own church in college and it is adios !!! Don't cry.
ReplyDeleteI'm praying that both kids will be home and go to Soochow University! I need time to get used to not having these sweet kids around. Plus, they are part of our HOP worship team!
DeleteEven if they go to Soochow, the university will have its own fellowship, and you would want Isaiah to participate. Time will fly, and you will wonder where it went....... xoxoxoxox
ReplyDeleteI already do wonder where did these last 17-18 years go??? Am I really 17-18 years older???
DeleteAnd what's going to be weird is when they start bringing home girl/boy friend???
