Catch Up Monday!

I was up early and I was so glad that I had set this day to 'work'... 

After Mom left, that's what I did... I worked on the talk, the ppt, the menu for Saturday (testing out how to make all the dishes) and then calling to get painters to the old house to paint and do some mold treatment for several of the walls. I was hoping to get it done after the old couple left and before the new couple moved in... but the new couple was in an emergency situation and as you know, the old couple kept delaying their move date. Anyhow... I have three weeks before I take off... and trying to line up the workers. The new couple will move into an AirBnB for those days while the house is being done!

I went for my run at 9:30 as the day turned out to be hot! A cold front is due to come again... but not for another 10 days... 

One of the painter waterproofing guy got back to me and said he can come to see the place and give me an estimate. So, I couldn't go to WGE and I didn't have time to go pay a bill. Instead, I met up with the guy and he will give me a quote and maybe start work on March 27th to the 30th. And since I was in that area, I went to Costco and picked up a few things... very quickly. I rushed home and barely had time to put things away and Mom was home. I had her dinner ready! Crazy!

This evening after Mom went to bed, I worked some more... And I will have some time to finish up hopefully by tomorrow!
