We were all off in different directions today.
Alan and Isaiah left early to Isaiah's tennis tournament...
Abby went to her VBS/Camp orientation. They had so much to do in preparation for the 180 kids. Abby is in charge of several stations!
I was home with Mom. She watched Little House while I did a load of laundry and cleaned around the house... I can't believe how many little things there are to do around the house and we don't even have a large place...
Alan came home at 1:30 to pick Mom and I up as Mom had massage while Alan and I counseled a couple.
I ran to pick Mom up and we took the bus home... Bus and walk... Alan went back to the park. Isaiah's team wasn't doing well... They might be eliminated by the end of this evening... which means they won't be going to the nationals... BUMMER...
Abby didn't get home until later... and went for a run and we had family time.
I made ground beef so that they can make their own burritos...
Daily Lovely Insight:
Proverbs 18:4 is the verse that Alan wants to use as part of his exhortation for the wedding on Saturday.
Words are powerful... And words of wisdom are like a bubbling brook. One commentary said that deep waters mean that the wise person no longer just get involved with shallow talk, but share about things that are meaningful and with depth.
Another good reminder from God...
Seek Him First!
