Wrist and Knees Hurt!

I went out for a quick run and on the way back, these two dogs ran into my path and I tripped over them. The owner was right there... and she didn't have the dogs on the leash.

Anyhow, my thumb is hurting... and my knees are scraped up.

I limped back home...

I had to tutor, so I quickly cleaned up and took off!

This evening we had counseling... Please pray for the couples we counsel... We need God to restore and refresh.

Seek Him First!
