We had a wonderful afternoon...
We stopped at B & Q (like a Home Depot) and looked at 'kitchens and bathrooms'... Nice to dream about what we'd get done if we were going to remodel!
Then we walked over to the mall and had lunch together... No rushing around... just a nice leisurely lunch!
Since we were right near Costco, we did go in to check about the cost of a car battery (much cheaper than Toyota Dealership!) and bought some milk!
We got back just minutes before Mom came back... I had dinner already in the rice cooker, so PERFECT!
The plumber came over again as we asked him to take a look at why it was still leaking downstairs. Good news... NOT FROM OUR APARTMENT! Probably from their own shower door... the sealant is not tight!
But... we will start using the shower that I've been 'painting' and if the water starts again, we will have to remodel... and if we remodel... it might be both bathrooms and Alan wants to do the kitchen. Of course, you know what I'm praying for... Hold off the remodeling for another three years...
This evening went by very quickly. Isaiah had basketball practice. Abby had to teach. Alan stayed with Mom while I went and ran a few errands. Alan needs a phone card for China and Japan! I also bought some delicious fried snacks for the kids and I to have while we watched TV!
Oh as for the weather... in the day time, it was beautiful... but it turned cold and drizzly this evening.
