A Run at the River Park!

I have not been out running at the park in such a long time. There are many reasons for this.

First of all, I was quite ill and just did not have the energy to run.

Then, I got really busy, helping Isaiah with his university applications.

Thirdly, the weather was quite cold and wet.

So, I went out today and saw many of the usual runners that I pass on the way. Even though it was bone chilly, I thoroughly enjoyed being out at the park! Unfortunately, I only had an hour, so I had time just for the usual 10kms.

If the weather is reasonably nice this week, I will definitely go out again (and maybe this time for a longer run)!
