Holiday Monday!

 I was up and went out for my 10K... and I ran faster... I felt the LORD healing my knee last night during the worship part of the service! It was hot... and I need to keep things slow...

I came home, did a load of laundry, checked on the recycling, and took a nap!

Alan and Isaiah had finished watching the game. Chargers LOST! And Alan went to play tennis while Isaiah stayed in bed.

At 11am, Alan and I took off as we headed to Costco for salads and then headed to our friends' house for a Mid Autumn Festival Luncheon! It was so delicious... chicken casserole, potato salad, we brought two salads, they also made steak and asparagus! What a feast! We also brought table grapes and they had Asian pears.

We hung out until 5pm and then headed home, stopping to buy soy bean milk and root beer!

We tried to see if Abby had time for Family Time but she didn't!
