What A Monday!

I was up early... and I didn't sleep well... I drank this delicious tea too close to bed time... 

Anyhow, I ran my 10k and took a shower.

I ate sour dough bread with butter and had a cup of coffee... and I headed out to Abby's bank to find out if foreign currency can be transferred to her Taipei Account. I paid a few bills and then met up with a gal to give her the keys to the Danhsui house. A friend of hers will rent the place for about a month.

Then I scootered to my friend's house and dealt with all the recycling. It was so hot... I walked up and down the hill to get everything to the recycling area. Alan came and met with me. He drove as I had things to bring back home to post. I could not take everything on my scooter. I was thinking of taking a small bookcase but I forgot it. Plus we didn't have room in the car. That's how much stuff I brought back to post on Buy Nothing Taipei.

We then went to Costco for lunch. I wanted salad and Alan had a hot dog and a Thai sandwich! We also bought a few things. He dropped me back off at my friend's place and I finished up. I scootered home. And the rest of the afternoon was spent sorting and posting. People are coming to pick up suits, shoes, bike parts... and the list goes on!

I took a quick Power Nap as I was feeling exhausted and yes, we had the AC on! I also called and reserved the after tea buffet for Saturday. We are taking an entire weekend of eating to celebrate Alan's birthday starting on July 4th. 

This evening I finished sorting through everything and posted all things to be given away! What a huge sense of accomplishment. Now, I wait for people to come and collect the items. Tonight: suits and shirts were picked up. Wednesday will be the shoes and beauty products.
