The weather today was absolutely splendid... but I don't run on Sundays...
I did receive terrible news: The Day Care Center is closing again! I can't believe it! This past month, Mom has gone to the Center just five days... the rest of the time, they've been closed. If they have one confirmed case, they close for 10 days... and within those 10 days, if another elderly reports as a confirmed case, they start counting the 10 days all over again! So... they might not be opened until the end of May!
Other than that bad news... it was a beautiful day of worship!
I got a swifter mop from one of the ladies in the buy nothing group. It is fantastic!

Pastor James
Passage: John 6: 1-15
Where shall we buy bread?
7 Highlights:
- Jesus asks the impossible with the solution already in place.
- God is never surprised by our problem.
- We missed Jesus when we only focus on the miracles.
- Faith is a struggle in the practical, transforming us to be more like Jesus.
- When we render the work or situation into God’s hands, God renders the blessings back into our hands. We are thus changed through this process of faith.
- We forfeit our experience with God when we never try or put in any effort or take responsibility.
- Doing worship is daily giving our best to God, leaving the problems, the solutions and our effort in His hands.
