I can't run in this heat. So, I have resorted to a quick bike ride. This way, I can bring water and a towel. And with biking, there is the feel of a breeze. I even wear a hat!

Heat Wave?
I looked at the weather report -- no afternoon thunder shower until next Sunday. In fact, yesterday and today were both extremely HOT. In the mid to high 90's.
I can't run in this heat. So, I have resorted to a quick bike ride. This way, I can bring water and a towel. And with biking, there is the feel of a breeze. I even wear a hat!
