I started the morning early -- as usual. I felt like a taxi service all day, shuttling the kids from one place to another.
For example, I picked up Abby at 12:30 at her cram school and I was back at the same cram school at 1:30, dropping off Isaiah.
What was interesting was what we ended up doing on Saturday night.
We had originally planned to go to Shihlin Night Market. The weather was nice and Abby wanted to look for a few gifts for her friends. We all like eating at the night market as you can just choose what you like and buy things from different street vendors.
But, Isaiah found out that the boy's basketball team was playing at 7p.m. against Sung Shan Senior High School. It promises to be a close game. So, we changed our plans and headed out to the Taipei Arena to watch the game.
We got there by 6:15 and the girls were playing. Not Isaiah's school, but still a very exciting game. And the place was packed!
HBL here in Taiwan is BIG. By 7p.m. when the boys' game started, it was so packed that people were standing everywhere. We sat right behind the Nanhu bench! And it was a close game. Sung Shan won by 3 points!!!!!!!!!!!! The Nanhu seniors cried!
I almost lost my voice from cheering.
It was a very interesting Saturday! My first time to watch a live game!
Seek Him First!
